Asking For Your Vision

Keep Asking To Make Your Vision Real

Vision Road Sign with dramatic blue sky and clouds.

Want to hear something exciting that is totally liberating?  Have you ever struggled with the feeling of guilt or internal tension when asking for something for yourself in prayer? Or even now laying out what you REALLY truly want in your life? Do you feel it goes against the scripture of “not my will, but Thy will be done?”

Well guess what? Ready for it? Ready to be set free from those feelings of self-withholding? Well Jesus says in
John 14:13, “Whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do.” The disciple (you and me (saved)) who abides in Jesus IS…IS…IS the will of God, and our apparently free choices are God’s fore-ordained decrees.

Let me give you a moment to mentally and spiritually digest what I just said. (Pause)

So let me break it down for you. When we are in alignment with God, walking in our purpose and focused on God as our center of power and love, we are abiding in Him. Our visions are manifested because we are asking and believing and accepting with expectancy that God will deliver them. Our visions and desires of doing, having and be-ing were already planned for us by God!

So take John 14:13 to heart. Ask that your vision be made real. Ask in His name and you will receive!

Anybody just get happy in here?
